Shipping
SHIPPING TIME: I am also not in control the moment the plush is shipped, you are provided a tracking guaranteed. Outside France it can take up to a month but usually people have reported waiting around an average of 2 weeks. The plush can arrive a little flat, make sure to squeeze it gently.
When will I send your order? I need an average of 3-4 days to ship an order. Please note that due to reduced mobility and being disabled, I can need up to 14 days. Beyond that, you can consider the order to be late and if you haven't been contacted, it is my responsability to compensate you. (Please check TOS, preorders have different rules as the shipping delay doesn't take into account the time of creation).
If your order can't be shipped to your location: If you see this message, let me know what you wish to order exactly, I will create a custom listing for you! This can happen because there could be issues with sizes and weights, so I'll need to check on my own end. You can also tell me you needed to message me for this very reason.

About commissions
I don't design plushies from A to Z at the moment (I don't pattern, I mostly edit and digitize a bit).
I use patterns from different creators and work with them to create my plushies. It's best to use my portfolio if you don't know what you want or check my instagram. Keep in mind I'm not open all year.
Custom bat
If you'd like a custom bat use my website below. You'll have to wait for commisions to be opened to order.
You can request the base color, eyes, print and accessories.
Restock
If you're willing to wait a bit, you can ask me for a remake or a restock a plushie you couldn't buy at some point. Restocks are based off my shop's prices.
I may only accept them when my commissions are open (to guarantee I'm being paid when working).
